The wish of the operating Company SETE to take part in this operation to discover the scuba-diving comes obviously from its particular place. Symbol of Paris and single attraction in the world, the Eiffel Tower attracts the travellers worldwide who come to contemplate It each year more.
At the hour when the environmental questions are finally essential, people which move thoughout the world to discover the others must be sensitized with the future of the Earth and Sea. Which best means than this initiation with the scuba-diving for undoubtedly a day to try the experiment of discovered underwater environment, its beauty but especially of its brittleness ? It is the direction of the support the operating Company SETE to this event. To make to each traveller an actor of the defense of the natural environments through one ludic and useful moment, an ambition to the level of the Eiffel Tower !

To dive! It is easy.
All starts with the discovery…In swimming pool, at sea, in lake, in quarry, all is good. As soon as that one has meter of depth, you can make your first scuba-diving.
The liquid element is not anymore our natural environment, since our birth. But if one could remember, and our body remembers it, we bathed in this medium during nine months.
To return it with the diving, it is possible!
The first feelings which one tests are those to be able to breathe underwater and to move in a state of weightlessness. In natural environment, in addition to these feelings, one is filled with wonder at the multitude of lives which one crosses. |

How to make?
In France, like everywhere around the world, there are thousands of diving centers who are ready to help you to discover their activity.
The first diving is completely dedicated to you. An instructor just for you !
Thoughout all your diving, she/he will hold you the hand or the arm and this until your return. In scuba-diving, you will never have badly, neither with the ears, nor elsewhere and if you feel a least embarrassment, your instructor will assist you to remove the possible embarrassment.
Why as much material?
Mask: It is used to see underwater.
Fins: They are used to move more quickly without waving the arms.
Wetsuit: It is not to be cold.
Dive tank: It quite simply contains air, a lot of air for you alone.
The respirator called regulator: It is connected to the dive tank and leads you the air to the breathe.
Bouyancy compensator: It is used to preserve its weightlessness whatever the depth.
Why to be trained?
Any obligation. Nothing prevents you to gather of baptism in discovered diving while accepting the limits. And if you reach a certain autonomy and to discover the ocean depths, you will pass by the acquisition of a little technical education.
The training institutions carried out programs fully adapted to each one among you. Children, Seniors, Women, Men, etc…
From there, you will be able to go all over the world with specialized Tour Operators who organize diving trips to allow you to discover the oceans beauties and the impact of our civilization on Earth.
To become a Diver, it is to become a militant to preserve the Oceans.
